From old timber, new legends

Turn the grain. Shape the tale. Hold the valley’s story in your hands.

We are a staunch fellowship of woodturners—keepers of craft, culture, and the tall timber lore. In the ringed memory of every bowl and spindle, we hear the whisper of the woods and answer with steel, skill, and song.

Guild Crest & Charge

The rings recall memory. The crossing tools vow good work. The leaf honors living forests. We craft boldly, teach generously, and tend tradition—without losing our sense of wonder.

  • Monthly turning nights and demos
  • Mentor pairings for beginners
  • Tool safety, sharpening, finishing
  • Sustainable sourcing and salvage

Guests welcome. Bring curiosity; we’ll bring the kettle and the keenness.

Our Lore

Long before chisels sang against spinning heartwood, this valley traded in timber, tales, and tenacity. The old mills, the boat ribs, the beams above firelit kitchens—each left a legend in the grain. We honor that heritage with steadfast hands and playful imagination.

“Count the rings, and you’ll count the winters. Follow the grain, and you’ll find the stories waiting.”
— Guild Saying
